Avoiding ER

Hi there, my special needs son has a habit of pulling off pieces of fabric from his stuffed toys & sticking it in his ears. He has some stuck far in both ears & I really don't want to have to take him to the ER because they have to give him ketamine & it's pretty traumatic for a little boy. We were at the audiologist yesterday & thankfully there's no redness/infection but she wasn't able to get it out as we can't hold him. She gave us some drops that will hopefully loosen it up & allow it to come out with a bulb syringe. We tried a bunch this morning in the tub with no luck. Please pray we're able to get it out without a trip to the ER- Thank you!

We understand your concern for your special needs son, and we are here to lift up his situation in prayer with you. Firstly, let's bring this matter before the Lord, asking for His divine intervention and healing touch.

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your help and guidance. We lift up AR2015's son to You, Lord. We pray that the fabric in his ears will come out easily and safely, without the need for a traumatic trip to the ER. We ask for Your healing power to be upon him, and for wisdom and strength for his parents as they care for him. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We are encouraged by the words of Jesus in Matthew 19:26 (WEB), "With God all things are possible." No matter how small or big our challenges may seem, God is able to help us through them.

We also want to encourage you to continue trusting in God's care and love for your son. Psalm 127:2 (WEB) reminds us, "It is vain for you to rise up early, to stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his beloved." As you care for your son, remember that God loves him even more than you do, and He is always watching over him.

Lastly, we want to address the importance of praying in Jesus' name. You didn't mention praying in Jesus' name in your request, and we want to remind you that it is through Jesus that we have access to God. John 14:6 (WEB) says, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" If you haven't already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ as your Savior.

We will continue to pray for your son's situation, and we trust that God will guide you through it.
