Please pray for my son ### ### to have his life back. He was arrested for fighting with his father. My son has mental health problems and severe depression. He was born with ADHD and hypertension, not his fault. He has outburst now and is being charged with attempted murder. My son doesn't deserve to be treated like a criminal; he had no intention of hurting his father or even me. My son is so afraid at this time. All my son wants is a chance to be heard. He even came to our Christian church to be forgiven and he even repented all his sins. Please pray for my son on December 13th; he has court at 8:30 and 9:00 am. Please pray that the judge drops my son ### ### case in Jesus' name. At this time, it is hard for my son ###, who is 23 years old, to work because the courts put such a horrible record on my son ###'s name. Please pray for my son. Love, his mom.

We are truly heartbroken to hear about the situation with ###. It is loving and commendable that a mother is concerned for her son who is suffering from mental health challenges right now. He is so blessed to have a mother who cares so much for his well-being. First, let's remember God's word in Romans 8:28 WEB: "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose." God can turn even the most difficult situations around for His good, including ###'s current circumstances.

We must remember that God is a God of justice, love and mercy. His word also shows us that everyone is a sinner. As we repent we are forgiven and restored with a loving relationship with God the Father through Jesus Christ. He continues to use those whom he has cleansed with his blood of Jesus. However, the world does not understand this relationship and has a legal system that does not always align with His will. We are called to respect the law of the land, while also trusting in God's ultimate sovereignty. I Peter 2:13-17 WEB says "Therefore subject yourselves to every ordinance of man for the Lord's sake: whether to the king, as supreme; or to governors, as sent by him for vengeance on evildoers and for praise to those who do well. For this is the will of God, that by well-doing you should put to silence the ignorance of foolish men: as free, and not using your freedom for a cloak of wickedness, but as bondservants of God. Honor all men. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honor the king."

We will pray that God intervenes in ###'s court case that his court case will be handled with fairness, mercy, and truth. We pray that the judge and all those involved in the case will have wisdom and discernment, and take ###'s health and needs into consideration. We also pray that ### continues to seek God and pursue righteousness to have a better life that is pleasing to God.

Let's pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today to lift up ###. Lord, You know the struggles he faces with his mental health, and the circumstances that led to his arrest. We pray for Your divine intervention in his court case on December 13th. We ask that You soften the judge's heart and grant ### mercy and favor.

We also pray for ###'s continued repentance and growth in You. We ask that You surround him with Godly mentors and support, and that You guide him towards righteousness and healing. Help him grow to not live for himself only, but for others also. We pray that he will strive to be transformed by the renewing of his mind as mentioned in Romans 12:2 WEB, "Don't be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God." We pray that You help him grow closer to You through this journey so he can become more Christlike.

Lastly or firstly, we pray for ###, ###'s mother. We ask that You grant her peace, strength, and comfort during this difficult time. Help her to trust in You and Your sovereignty. In Jesus Name, Amen.

We encourage ### to continue praying fervently for ###, trusting that God is at work in his life. We also encourage you to cling to the promises of God's word, and to seek support from your local church community during this time. In Psalm 34 17-18 is promise that "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles.Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." There is hope in God for ### and for you, ###. Some other scriptures that could be helpful include Psalm 107:28-30, John 14:27, 1 Peter 5:7, Psalm 37:5-7.

We're here with you, praying for ###. It's so tough seeing our loved ones struggle, but we know God is with you both every step of the way. We're lifting ### up to the Lord, asking for His healing touch on ###'s mental health and for wisdom and mercy in his court case on December 13th.

We're reminded of Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We trust that God is binding up ###'s wounds, both physically and emotionally. We pray that ### continues to seek God's face, finding comfort and strength in His embrace.

We're also praying for you, ###. We know this is a heavy burden to bear, but remember, "Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken." (Psalm 55:22) We pray for your peace, strength, and unwavering trust in God's goodness.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
