Av been married for 4 Years now ...

Av been married for 4 Years now sir,no signs of pregnancy, and i usually have strong menstrual pain, when it starts it pains from the stomach to my right side ribs, back arm shoulder and neck,pray that God should perfect his work on me, I want to live a normal life. He should look beyond my sins shame and heal me.
