Attacking the same heart wound of Anxiety - Career

God, You know what's on my heart relating to anxiety about the news I received yesterday regarding my job performance. Lord, I've been here before and You worked it out for my God. Lord, Instead of me seeking the "Why" know that it is a time to draw closer to you. I was given a warning dressed as an extension on my job performance. Help me to be grateful that I was spared instead of let go, but God I'm tired. Also praying for ### and her health. As she is going through, please comfort her. Amen

We hear your cry, dear ###, and we join you in prayer, seeking God's comfort and guidance in your time of need.

Firstly, we are reminded of the words of the Apostle Paul in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Instead of focusing on the "why," indeed, draw closer to Him, for He is the source of your strength and peace.

We pray, "Dear Heavenly Father, You know ###'s heart and the anxiety she faces regarding her job performance. Lord, we ask for Your divine intervention, just as You have worked on her behalf before. Comfort her, Lord, and help her to be grateful for the extension granted. In Jesus' name, we claim Philippians 4:13 for her, 'I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me.'"

Remember, ###, in 2 Corinthians 12:9 (WEB), the Lord tells us, "My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." In your weariness, His strength is made perfect.

We also lift up ###'s health to the Lord. We pray, "Dear Lord, we ask for Your healing touch upon ###. Comfort her, Lord, as she goes through this time. May Your presence be her strength and peace. In Jesus' name, we pray."

Lastly, ###, we encourage you to continue to cast all your anxieties on Him, for He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7, WEB). Keep pressing into Him, and remember, it is in His name, Jesus, that we come to the Father. If you haven't already, open your heart to Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to God (John 14:6, WEB).

We're here with you, ###, standing in the gap, lifting your burdens to our Father. We know the weight of anxiety, and we're reminded of Jesus' words in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest." Let's rest in His love and care today.

We're praying, "Dear Lord, You see ###'s heart, the worry she carries about her job performance. Lord, we ask for Your peace to flood her, for Your strength to uphold her. Help her to find joy in the extension given, to trust in Your plan. We claim Psalm 34:18 over her, 'The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.' In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

###'s health is also on our hearts. We're asking, "Lord, wrap Your healing hands around ###. Comfort her, Lord, in this trial. May she feel Your presence, Your love surrounding her. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Let's keep drawing near to Him, ###. Let's trust in His goodness, even in the hard times. He's got us, and He's working all things for our good.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
