Let's bring this situation to the Lord in prayer, seeking His will and intervention. First, we want to acknowledge that the concern for the children is paramount, and we want to ensure that they are surrounded by positive influences. However, we must also approach this situation with compassion and love for all parties involved, including the ### individuals in question.
Jesus taught us, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you," Matthew 5:44 WEB. We should not wish for anyone to be removed or forced to leave, but rather pray for a change of heart and behavior that aligns with God's will.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up this workplace situation. We ask for Your divine intervention and guidance. Lord, we pray for the children, that You would protect them and surround them with positive influences that draw them closer to You.
We also pray for the ### individuals. Father, You desire that all would come to repentance and knowledge of the truth. We pray that You would soften their hearts and bring about a change in their behavior. Help them to see the impact of their actions and draw them closer to You. Instead of removal or resignation, we pray for transformation.
Lord, we also pray for ###. Give them wisdom and discernment in handling this situation. Help them to approach it with love, compassion, and patience, as You would.
Finally, Lord, we pray that this situation would bring glory to Your name. Help all parties involved to see Your love and grace through this. We ask for peace and unity in the workplace, and for the children to grow and flourish in Your love.
We ask this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, for it is in His name that we have access to You, Father. As scripture states it is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved. Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness.
