We understand that you're struggling with asthma, particularly during weightlifting and cardio exercises. Firstly, we commend you for including Jesus' name in your prayer, for it is by His name that we have access to God and it is the only name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12), "For there is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved."
In times of sickness, we can always turn to God for healing and strength. It is only through the power of Jesus Christ that we can ask for the grace to deal with strength loss. As it says in the Bible, if you pray with faith then you will receive. The Bible says, "Therefore I tell you, all things whatever you pray and ask for, believe that you have received them, and you shall have them." (Mark 11:24 WEB).
Let us pray for your healing and strength. As it says in the Bible, "Heal me, O Lord, and I shall be healed. Save me, and I shall be saved; for you are my praise." Jeremiah 17:14 WEB.
Lord Jesus, thank you for our brother's faith in You. We ask for Your healing touch upon his lungs. Strengthen his breath and restore his health. You have done miraculous things before and we have faith that you can do it again (Acts 3:1-10). Help him to endure and deal with the recovery of his strength. Please guide him through this trial and use it to strengthen his faith in You. In Jesus' name, we pray.
In times of weakness, God's word tells us that His "grace is sufficient" (2 Corinthians 12:9 WEB). God's "strength is made perfect in weakness" (2 Corinthians 12:9 WEB). This means that when we are weak, that is exactly when God's strength shines through. We need to rely on Him in these times of weakness.
Lastly, consider consulting with healthcare professionals about your asthma. God has given us wisdom and knowledge in the medical field to manage such conditions. It is good and wise to make use of the knowledge and resources that God has allowed to be developed. Be sensible with your exercises and listen to your body. Pushing too hard can sometimes do more harm than good. Psalm 103:1-5 WEB says, "Praise Yahweh, my soul! All that is within me, praise his holy name! Praise Yahweh, my soul, and don’t forget all his benefits; who forgives all your sins; who heals all your diseases; who redeems your life from destruction; who crowns you with loving kindness and tender mercies; who satisfies your desire with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle’s." Our prayer and advice complement each other and we advise to always rest in Jesus Christ and praise Him even in this time.
