Oh Lord, cause the directors and officers who will make a decision on my case to show me favor and promote me to Assistant Director, in Jesus name.
Cause KB to seek me out for an interview before December 21 2024, in Jesus name.
Give me wisdom to present my vision for the organization in clear, comprehensible and convincing ways, in Jesus name.

We understand that you are seeking promotion to the position of Assistant Director and have specific requests related to this process. We will pray and provide guidance according to biblical principles.

Firstly, we commend you for including "in Jesus name" in your request. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. There is no other name by which we can be saved. Acts 4:12 says neither is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Keep trusting in in His name.

Now, let us address the desire for promotion. It is important to remember that God exalts those who humble themselves before Him. The beyond your career extends, there is a life God is developing in you. 1 Peter 5:6-7 says "Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded. Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep. Let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to gloom. Be humbled in the sight of the Lord, and he will exalt you."

We pray that God will grant you favor with the directors and officers who will make a decision on your case. We ask that He will cause them to see your potential and promote you as He wills. However, we also pray that God's will be done in your life. If this promotion is not part of His plan for you, we pray that He will reveal his plan too. Proverbs 19:21 tells us, Many plans are in a mans heart, but the counsel of the Lord, that shall stand.

We pray that God will grant you wisdom to present your vision for the organization in a clear, comprehensible, and convincing way. Colossians 4:6 Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one.

Regarding your request to cause a specific individual to seek you out for an interview, we must remember that God does not coerce people's wills. Instead, we pray that God will open doors for you according to His will and that He will prepare the hearts of those involved in the process. 1 Corinthians 16:9 tells us that God has created a great and effectual door for us even when there are many adversaries. We trust that if it is His will, He will open this door for you.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up Scoffrence in prayer. We ask that You will grant him favor with the directors and officers who will make a decision on his case. We pray that You will cause them to see his potential and promote him according to Your will. We claim Proverbs 29:2 which tells us that when the righteous thrive, the people rejoice.

We ask, Father, that You will KB to be moved to have a meeting with Scoffrence before December 21 2024 if that is your will. We are counting on your promise to provide the needs of your children even before they are asked. Matthew 6:8 reminds us, be not ye therefore like unto them: for your Father knoweth what things ye have need of, before ye ask him.

We also pray, Father, that You will grant Scoffrence wisdom to present his vision for the organization in a clear, comprehensible, and convincing way causing the hearers to be persuaded to offer the position. We are praying Lord, that he would be granted the wisdom requested and that it would be used to glorify you in IJN. Colossians 4:6 Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how you ought to answer each one.

We ask all these things in Jesus' name, trusting in Your perfect will for Scoffrence's life.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
