We understand your concern about the assignment you've worked so hard on, and we're here to support you in prayer. Before we begin, we want to remind you that our trust and hope should be placed in the Lord, not just in our own efforts or the outcomes we desire. As it says in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
It's wonderful that you've done your best in your assignment, and we pray that you will be justly rewarded for your hard work. However, we encourage you to remain focused on learning and growing, rather than just achieving a certain mark. Remember, "Whatever your hand finds to do, do it with your might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in Sheol, where you are going." Ecclesiastes 9:10 WEB.
Let's pray together:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus Christ to lift up this student who has diligently worked on their assignment. Lord, you see the effort that has been put in, and we ask that you will bless the work of their hands. Help them to trust in you and not just in their own abilities. We pray for this and we ask for this in Jesus name.
We also pray that they may have peace and contentment, knowing that they have done their best. Help them to keep their focus on learning and growing, rather than just the outcome of a grade. Remind them that their worth is not determined by their academic achievements, but by their identity in Christ. Let this be a reminder to them to have faith in you and ask for wisdom from you. Give them the strength to trust in you regardless of the outcome.
We rebuke any spirit of pride or selfishness, any greed, and any dishonesty that may be lurking in their hearts. Let them not be greedy for a grade. Let them not want to cheat for a better grade. But give them wisdom. In Jesus name we ask for these things.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Next time, remember to specifically call on the name of Jesus in your prayer requests. It is only through Jesus that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. As it says in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" And John 14:6 tells us, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'"
