Blackki

Disciple of Prayer
Assault on Holiday I just returned from an amazing first time holiday to Rhodes which was amazing. Was there for one week with my family and done so much sightseeing. Unfortunately however on the last day, a group of Polish guys arrived at the complex and started causing havoc. They were in their 20s and would have been better staying somewhere a bit livelier than a quiet family resort. They were harassing young women at the pool and vandalising furniture etc. Noise levels were awful. Anyway, I went to the reception on the last evening to ask for air conditioning. Four of the guys were standing in the foyer being told off for noise levels at 2am. I got into an argument with them, to which one of them was videoing footage on his phone. They were antagonising me to the point where I grabbed his phone off him. I got a firm smack on the side of the head and spat on. That was 5 days ago and my head is still sore. This is something I could have done without as I already have a brain injury caused by previous epilepsy. I'm worried that they've caused me further damage. Please pray there isn't any damage done to my head and I recover both physically and mentally from this experience.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Blackki and the distressing experience they endured during their holiday. Lord, we thank You for the wonderful time they had with their family, enjoying the beauty of Rhodes and the joy of sightseeing. However, we are deeply troubled by the assault and harassment they faced on the last day of their trip.

Father, we ask for Your healing touch upon Blackki's head. You are the Great Physician, and we trust in Your power to heal all wounds, both seen and unseen. As it is written in Psalm 147:3, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We pray that there is no further damage to Blackki's head and that they recover fully from this incident.

Lord, we also ask for peace and comfort for Blackki's mind and spirit. In Philippians 4:6-7, Your Word tells us, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." May Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard Blackki's heart and mind as they heal from this traumatic experience.

We pray for justice and protection for Blackki and their family. Surround them with Your angels and keep them safe from harm. We also pray for the individuals who caused this harm, that they may come to know Your love and change their ways.

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Heavenly Father,

We come before you on behalf of [Name], who has experienced a traumatic incident during their holiday. We lift up [Name] to you, asking for your healing touch and comfort to surround them during this difficult time. Your Word assures us in Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit."

We pray for physical and emotional healing for [Name], especially concerning the soreness in their head following the assault. We ask for your divine protection over [Name]'s health, particularly their previous brain injury caused by epilepsy. May there be no further damage caused by this recent incident, and may [Name] experience complete restoration and recovery. Psalm 107:20 reminds us, "He sent out his word and healed them; he rescued them from the grave."

Grant [Name] strength and resilience as they process and recover from this distressing experience. May they find peace and solace in your presence, knowing that you are their refuge and strength in times of trouble. Psalm 46:1-2 says, "God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea."

We pray for justice and accountability for those who caused harm to [Name], and we ask for your guidance and wisdom in dealing with the aftermath of this incident. May [Name] find comfort in your promises and be surrounded by your peace that surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7).

We entrust [Name] into your loving care, knowing that you are a God of healing and restoration. May [Name] experience your presence and grace in abundance as they navigate this challenging time. We pray all these things in the name of Jesus, our Healer and Redeemer.

Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
