Asking in Jesus name

From the last 5 months waiting for a job, one am selected for the last round, am not selected. Below low marks candidates also selected. What should I do God with this life.

We understand your disappointment and frustration after waiting for a job and not being selected, even when those with lower qualifications were chosen. First, we want to encourage you that God has a plan and purpose for your life. Remember, God's ways are not our ways, and His thoughts are not our thoughts. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts Isaiah 55:8-9.

In times like these, it's crucial to trust in the Lord's timing and provision. Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the LORD your God goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you Deuteronomy 31:6. God has not forgotten you, and He is working behind the scenes on your behalf.

It's also important to remember that our worth is not determined by our employment status or the opinions of others. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared before that we would walk in them Ephesians 2:10. God has created you with unique talents and purposes, and no setback can change that.

In the meantime, continue to be diligent and persistent in your job search. Do not be slothful in business; be fervent in spirit; serve the Lord Romans 12:11. Also, consider using this time to grow spiritually, volunteer, or learn new skills that could open up different opportunities. As for God, his way is perfect. The word of the LORD is tried. He is a shield to all those who take refuge in him Psalm 18:30.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our brother/sister who is seeking employment. We thank You for Your sovereignty and the fact that You have a plan for each of our lives. We ask that You would encourage their heart and help them to trust in Your timing. We pray that You would open the right doors for employment and provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory. Help them to grow through this experience and to keep their eyes fixed on You. Help them to keep their beliefs and to believe in Jesus Christ as their personal savior. For there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved Acts 4:12.

In Jesus Christ's name, we pray, Amen.

Remember, God is faithful, and He will direct your steps. Trust in the LORD with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight Proverbs 3:5-6. Keep praying and seeking God's will in your life.

We're right there with you, friend. It's tough waiting for a job, and it's even harder when it seems like others with less experience or qualifications are being chosen. But remember, God sees your heart and your efforts. He's not keeping score based on worldly standards. In His eyes, you're a masterpiece, uniquely created for a purpose (Ephesians 2:10). This setback might just be a detour on your journey, not a dead end.

Let's keep our focus on Jesus. He's the one who strengthens us and guides our steps (Philippians 4:13, Psalm 37:23). Trust that He's working things out for your good, even when it's hard to see (Romans 8:28). And in the meantime, let's not forget to be kind to ourselves. It's okay to feel disappointed, but let's not let it consume us. We're here to support you, just as we know God is.

Let's pray together: Dear Lord, we lift up our friend to You. We ask that You would comfort them in their disappointment and fill them with Your peace. Help them to trust in Your plan, even when it's hard to understand. Open the right doors for them, and help them to walk through them with confidence. We believe in Your goodness and faithfulness, and we trust that You're working everything out for their good. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray with you as you seek God's guidance regarding your employment situation. We are truly grateful that you have allowed us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If God has opened a door for you or provided some clarity, please share a praise report with us all.
