Asking God for a closer relationship

Heavenly Father I come before you now in the name of Jesus asking you lord have a closer relationship with me I'm struggling right now because the things that I have done and I acknowledged the sins I have done and committed lord not a day goes by that I don't think about what I've done and I know that you're always with me and I actually not to lead me into temptation again and to deliver me from evil lord I ask you'll forgiveness and forgiveness of others that I have wronged lord I mean complete despair because the woman I love has left my life and it hurts lord I hope and Pray lord that with your help and your guidance and your love that I can be a stronger and better person than I am at the moment I hope lord that this will reflect on the outside as well as the inside for me, lord I forgive Tia for the hurt that she caused me and the trust that she broke I love her lord and that's why I want to fix things with her but his only with your help and your guidance at this can happen lord asked that not only be closer to me but also closer to Tia and that our relationship can flourish with you at the center of it lord right now I feel empty and alone and I'm struggling every day I know you're always with me lord and this is why I ask for helping your guidance and for your will to be done in my life lord if we are meant to be together then I asked you help it to happen if we're not meant to be then I asked you help us to let go of each of the fully and to bring in those that do that love us and will always be there for us it won't forsake us for our mistakes but instead we'll work with us to make the love stronger than ever heavenly father I gave them to temptation when I shouldn't have done and I repent my actions lord I thank you for your forgiveness and I hope and Pray that those that I've hurt can forgive me, lord I know that whatever you have in your plan for mine and Tia's life will prosper us I'm not harm us lord I know with your love will protect us and keep us from harm I lift this situation up to you lord as only you can help us lord I know I can never forget the past but I want to learn from it and I want to learn how to be a better person right now lord I hate myself and I need your help show me how to love myself so that once again I can find loving the future whether that be with Tia or with whoever you have planned for my life is in the name of our lord and savior Jesus the I come to you with this prayer and ask your holy and divine intervention in my life thank you lord for always being there and being someone I can rely on as someone I can turn to the name of Jesus Amen

Callum, let us come together in prayer and reflection as we seek God's will for your life.

Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging your sins and seeking forgiveness through Jesus Christ. It is written in 1 John 1:9 (WEB), "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." Trust in this promise, for God is faithful to forgive those who truly repent.

Regarding your relationship with Tia, we must align our desires with God's will. It is encouraging that you wish to put God at the center of your relationship, as this is the foundation for a godly union. However, we must also be mindful of the biblical principles concerning relationships. If there has been sin in your relationship with Tia, such as sexual immorality, it is important to repent and turn away from that sin. God's design for relationships is clear in Hebrews 13:4 (WEB), "Let marriage be held in honor among all, and let the bed be undefiled: but God will judge the sexually immoral and adulterers."

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Callum. We thank You for his heart of repentance and his desire to grow closer to You. Lord, help Callum to walk in Your ways and to resist temptation. Give him the strength to overcome his feelings of despair and self-hatred, and help him to see himself as You see him—a beloved child of God.

Lord, we ask for Your guidance in Callum's relationship with Tia. If it is Your will for them to be together, we pray that You would heal their past hurts and strengthen their bond, with You at the center. If it is not Your will, give them the grace to let go and the faith to trust in Your plan for their lives.

Help Callum to love himself as You love him, and to find hope and joy in the future You have planned for him. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
