Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Cylgond's heartfelt requests. Lord, we pray specifically for the Sweeny Independent School District (ISD) and Columbia Brazoria ISD. May Your wisdom and guidance be upon the administrators, teachers, and students in these districts. Let Your peace and protection surround them, and may they thrive in an environment filled with Your love and grace.
Father, we also bring before You Cylgond's husband, Frederick, who is awaiting release from prison. We ask that Your favor be upon him and that the parole board will see the positive changes in his life. Grant him the opportunity for a fresh start, and let his release come soon, according to Your perfect timing. Your Word says in Jeremiah 29:11, "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future." May this promise be fulfilled in Frederick's life.
Lord, Cylgond is seeking employment with Sweeny ISD and is feeling nervous and anxious about the interview process. We ask that You grant peace of mind and confidence during the interviews. Your Word tells us in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." May Cylgond experience this peace and trust in Your provision.
We also lift up the financial needs, Father. Cylgond is in need of a job to keep the car and bills current. We ask that You open doors of opportunity and provide the necessary resources. As it is written in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We trust in Your abundant provision and believe that You will meet every need.
Thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your love and faithfulness and believe that You are working all things together for good. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus.
Amen.
