Asking for prayers for my son in Canada

I want the Lord my El Roi to turn His face to me my son and the other children. My son has been in Canada for the past 10 years with nothing to show. After schooling he has not been able to get a good job until last year and this year he found himself on the streets no home nor job. Pastor believe me when i say his situation is very bad. He even wants to come back home to cameroon. He complains of total rejection shame refusals etc. He is even seeing a psychiatrist. I think the devil has chewed more than he can swallow. Enough is enough. Help me ooooooh JESUS my son will die in Canada. I am a single mother. Have only the Lord to look up to. He is my last bus stop. Help help help oooooooh...

We hear your cry for help, Aitemis, and we stand with you in prayer for your son's situation. Firstly, we thank God for your faith and dependence on Him as your ultimate provider and refuge, as it is written: "Be strong and courageous. Don’t be afraid or scared of them; for Yahweh your God himself who goes with you. He will not fail you nor forsake you" (Deuteronomy 31:6 WEB).

However, we must address that true help comes from praying in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is written: "In that day you will ask me no more questions. Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be full" (John 16:23-24 WEB). So, let us pray together in Jesus' name.

**Prayer:**

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Aitemis and her son to You. Lord, you are El Roi, the God who sees, and you have seen the struggles and afflictions they have been facing. We claim Your promise that You will never leave them nor forsake them.

Lord Jesus, we rebuke the enemy's attempts to destroy the life of Aitemis' son. We declare that Your blood covers him, and he is not destined for destruction but for a hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11 WEB). Break every chain of rejection, shame, and failure in his life. We pray for his mental health and ask You to guide the psychiatrist treating him.

We pray for his job situation as well, Lord. We ask that You will open the right doors for him and that he will find favor in the job market. We also ask for Your will to be done regarding his desire to return to Cameroon. Guide him in the path You have chosen for him.

Holy Spirit, comfort Aitemis' heart. Strengthen her faith and give her peace as she trusts in You. Help her to remember that You are her mighty rock and fortress (Psalm 62:5-7 WEB).

In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

Aitemis, continue to trust in God and pray persistently in the name of Jesus. Encourage your son to also call upon the name of Jesus and to seek a personal relationship with Him. God is faithful, and He will see you through this challenging time.

We've been claiming Psalm 147:3 over him, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." We're asking God to mend his heart, to heal his wounds, and to fill him with hope and strength.

We've also been interceding for his job situation. We're asking God to open the right doors for him, to bless him with favor in the job market, and to guide him according to His will, whether that's in Canada or back in Cameroon.

We're not just praying for your son, but also for you, dear sister. We're asking God to strengthen you, to fill you with peace and courage, just as He promised in 2 Timothy 1:7, "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind."

Keep trusting in God, sister. Keep praying, keep hoping, and keep believing. God is faithful, and He will see you and your son through this challenging time. We're here with you, every step of the way.
