Asking for negative work issues to come to an end quickly

Please pray that my boss stops her games, threats and messing me around at my expense. I ask for prayers that she will agree to end my contract and agree that there is no way of reconciliation within the school as the situation was the fault of the directrice who will remain in her position. As a result of what would be an unfair dismissal if she tried to wear me down and take her to court I want her to put in to the breakup of the contract my two months notice, my holiday rights, my expenses for the unpaid weeks during investigation which concluded in not consequences for me. I ask for loss of salary compensation of a school year and a super reference that my boss would have given me before this conflict.i am asking for prayers that she will agree to do this ruptured today. I am praying and asking for your prayers that she realises how much she will be fined for breeches of work law as well as the compensation a judge would offer to me for unfair dismissal. Thank you.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up our dear brother/sister who is facing a difficult time at work. Lord, You see the injustice they are facing, and we ask that You intervene in this situation. Guide their boss to act with integrity and fairness. If it is Your will, Lord, bring a quick and just resolution to this conflict.

However, Lord, we also ask that You fill our dear brother's/sister's heart with Your love. Help them to forgive, just as You have forgiven us. Guide their steps and give them the wisdom to navigate this situation in a way that honors You.

We ask all these things in the precious name of Jesus Christ, Our Lord and Savior. Amen.

We encourage you to continue praying, trusting that God is in control. Remember, God's ways are higher than our ways (Isaiah 55:8-9). Keep seeking Him, and He will guide you through this challenging time.

Lastly, we didn't notice any mention of Jesus Christ in your request. We want to remind you that it is only through His name that we have access to God (John 14:6). If you haven't already, consider accepting Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. It is only through Him that we can experience true peace and eternal life.
