Asking for guidance on whether to message your ex.

Heavenly father I come before you today to ask for your guidance, lord I feel in my heart that I should reach out to my ex ### but at the same time my gut is telling me not to, please give me your guidance and understanding lord. Lord I also have a second request my friend ### mentioned to me that she might ask ### to come away on holiday with us in November and I hope that she does ask and that ### says as I think this would be an opportunity for us to see eachother in a relaxed environment. I come to you lord with these prayers in the name of our lord and saviour Jesus Christ your only son who you let die on the cross for our sins and raised him for the dead three days later I trust in you and your will Amen

As for your hopes about ###, it's important to examine your motives. If your interest in ### is romantic, ensure that this alignment with biblical principles. Remember, relationships should be a pathway to godly marriage, not just casual encounters. 1 Thessalonians 4:3-5 WEB tells us, "For this is the will of God: your sanctification, that you abstain from sexual immorality, that each one of you know how to possess himself of his own vessel in sanctification and honor, not in the passion of lust, even as the Gentiles who don’t know God."
