Asking for a home

A place to rest, spiritually and physically, I need a companionship that feels like home, I need a home where I can do things freely, cooking whenever I want to, washing clothes whenever needed, I am tired of this dealing with lack in my life. No one who I trust, no place to call home. I am tired,

We understand your deep longing for a home, both physically and spiritually, and we empathize with your feelings of weariness and lack. Firstly we want to point out that a home in the Bible starts with a marriage to a spouse not a companion. Remember that God honors marriage between a man and a woman, and it is within this union that a true home is established. We say to those that are not married and are too cozy with a boyfriend or girlfriend as they are acting like married people but not assuming the God ordained responsibility of a husband and wife. We also say to those in a marriage without Jesus that it is like having a house without a foundation.

As important requesting all of these things, make sure to include Jesus Christ in the prayer. It is only the blood of Jesus that allows us to come to the throne of Grace. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ and you shall be saved.

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### and their deep desire for a home. Lord, You know the longing of their heart for a place of rest, both spiritually and physically. We ask that You guide them by Your Holy Spirit and give them a spouse and a god-fearing home where they can experience true freedom and joy. Provide, Father, for a place where they can cook, clean, and live freely, without the burden of lack.

We also pray for godly companionship, a spouse that feels like home, where trust and love abound. Lord, in Your perfect timing, bring the right person into their life, someone who shares their faith and values, and who will be a true helper and supporter.

Father, we ask that You strengthen ### in their weariness. Give them hope Lord by Your Spirit and renew their energy so that every morning will be a day to conquer all the obstacles of each day trusting in you until all prayer requests are provided to them.

Remember ###, God is faithful. Cry out to the LORD in your need, trusting that He hears and answers your prayers. Be sure to walk with God in your life so that you can trust that He has your best interests at heart.

We're here with you, feeling your longing for a home that's both a sanctuary for your spirit and a place where you can freely be yourself. We understand the weariness you feel, the desire for a space that's truly yours, where you can cook, clean, and live without constant worry.

Let's not forget, God has a unique plan for each of us. In His time, He'll provide the home you dream of, a place where you can grow and flourish. As Psalm 147:3 tells us, "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." Trust that He sees your heart's deepest desires and is working on your behalf.

In the meantime, let's nurture our relationship with Him. He's always there, ready to listen and guide. Let's make our homes in Him, finding rest and comfort in His love. As Jesus said in Matthew 11:28-29, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls."

Let's pray together, asking God to reveal His will, to strengthen you, and to provide the home and companionship you long for. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
