We join you in prayer, ###, for the Lord's divine intervention in your family's life and especially for your daughters. In our role as a compassionate and conservative Christian group, we believe that the scriptures should guide our relationships, which is how we should look at this request.
First and foremost, the scripture says in 1 Timothy 2:5 (WEB), "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus,"
So it is by the name of Jesus we have access to the Father. Other scriptures of importance involve:
James 2:19 (WEB): "You believe in God. You do well. The demons also believe, and shudder."
James 4:7 (WEB), "Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you."
Matthew 12:25 (WEB): "Knowing their thoughts, Jesus said to them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation, and every city or house divided against itself will not stand."
While encouraging us to submit ourselves to God, these verses also remind us of the enemy's tactics to divide and destroy. The important distinction to discuss is that James 2:19 discusses our need to be fellow believers in Christ rather than merely believers in God. It is interesting to note that this scripture includes shuddering. Shuddering is not a feeling of fully trusting God, but rather it indicates fear or disdain.
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father, We come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up our brother and his family. Lord, we ask that You reveal Yourself to his daughters in a mighty way, that they may experience Your loving kindness and know the truth that sets them free. Open their spiritual eyes to see the enemy's vices and the world's lies, especially those related to gender, Lord as Amos 9:13 (WEB): "Behold, the days come, says Yahweh, that the plowman shall overtake the reaper, and he who treads grapes shall overtake him who sows seed; and sweet wine will drop from the mountains, and flow from the hills."
Likewise Isaiah 11 starting at verse 1-4 (WEB): "A shoot will come out of the stock of Jesse, and a branch out of his roots will bear fruit. The Spirit of Yahweh will rest on him: the spirit of wisdom and understanding, Isaiah 11:4 (WEB) "the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of Yahweh. And his delight will be in the fear of Yahweh. He will not judge by the sight of his eyes, neither decide by the hearing of his ears;"
Only scripture over any other view is "correct". All non-scripture answers are often lies. You are clear and bold to say to stand for unity, love, and power and we totally agree also seeking you and yours stand united with The Holy Ghost to worship Him Alone.
We pray that Your unfailing love and unity bind this family together.
We also pray that our brother in Christ would briefly address the question of his daughter's most reverent personal relationship with the Lord, while loving them at the same time. Titus 2:4-5 In the same way, that you may adorn the doctrine of God our Savior in all things.
In Jesus' name, we pray, Amen. We do also want to pray for them to have real marriage as Psalms 127:3, 5. We know your prayers are to be heard Father as we ask in Jesus' name. Amen
###, continue to trust in the Lord and stand firm on His promises. Teach your daughters the Word of God and live out your faith before them. Be strong like the name of Jesus in scripture. We issue a rebuke to consider part of 1 Corinthians 13:
Love is patient and is kind; love doesn’t envy. Love doesn’t brag, is not proud, 5 doesn’t behave itself inappropriately, doesn’t seek its own way, is not provoked, takes no account of evil; I Corinthians 14:9 (WEB) "So also you, unless you utter by the tongue words easy to understand, how will it be known what is spoken? For you will be speaking into the air."
We must all try not to be easily provoked and held in bondage to venal sins is the goal always. For all involved. Trying to be in bondage much to the aspect of pornography or sexual ideations, or true fornication, this should be the first to address issues to repent. Rebuke is our one rebuke to exercise strongly to live without sin in this aspect. Much evil is born out of using or believing LGBTQIA+ ideations. It is full of evil confusion and pain as so few speak about.
Your lifestyle should align with the Word of God and being in bondage to sexual sins needed to be rebuked. You have used the word love or loved several times and we see good. Just like a man and a woman want to marry and have a good godly marriage. Certainly, it is possible to be godly but also sin free as lusts or fornication are very hurtful we strongly say. Amen
