We rejoice with you, ###, that ###, ###, and ### have arrived safely in ###, ###. Even in uncertain circumstances, we know that God is sovereign, and we give Him the glory. As it is written in Romans 8:28, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose."
However, we must address the fact that the crossing was not legal. We are commanded in Romans 13:1 to "Let every soul be in subjection to the higher authorities, for there is no authority except from God, and those who exist are ordained by God." We encourage you to guide them in seeking legal status and to trust in God's protection and guidance through this process for all involved.
We stand with you in prayer for their safety, along with ###, ###, and their four children. "For he will command his angels concerning you, to guard you in all your ways" (Psalm 91:11).
We also pray for peace and understanding among the neighbors in ### and ###'s building. In Proverbs 3:3-4, we read, "Let not mercy and truth forsake you. Bind them about your neck. Write them on the tablet of your heart. So you will find favor, and good understanding in the sight of God and man." We pray that this will be a witnessing opportunity for the love of Christ to be displayed to all involved.
Lastly, remember the words of Jesus in John 14:13-14, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." Continue to pray in the name of Jesus, trusting in His power and love.
Let us pray together: "Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, thanking You for the safe arrival of ###, ###, and ###. We ask for Your guidance as they seek legal status, and we pray for Your protection over them, ###, ###, and their family. We ask for Your grace to be evident in ### and ###'s family building and what they are doing. We also pray for salvation for all the neighbors involved and for ###. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
