Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus, lifting up Herida and the difficult situation she is facing at work. Lord, you know the details of her situation and the harassment she has been enduring from her boss. We ask for your divine intervention and guidance as she prepares to have a tough conversation with her boss's boss on Tuesday.
Lord, we pray for wisdom and clarity for Herida as she articulates her concerns and experiences. Grant her the courage and strength to speak truthfully and confidently, knowing that you are with her every step of the way. We ask that you soften the heart of her boss's boss, opening their eyes to the injustice and mistreatment that Herida has been facing.
Father, we pray for the best outcome for Herida and others who may be affected by this situation. May her boss's boss understand the gravity of the situation and take appropriate action to address the harassment. We pray for justice to prevail and for a resolution that brings peace and safety to Herida's workplace.
Lord, we also ask for your guidance and discernment for Herida as she considers whether to stay or resign from her position. Give her clarity of mind and lead her in the path that aligns with your will for her life. Help her to trust in your provision and to know that you are her ultimate source of security and protection.
We claim the promise in 1 John 5:14-15, that if we ask anything according to your will, you hear us. We believe that you are attentive to Herida's prayers and that you will grant her the petitions she has asked of you.
