We understand that you are seeking God's intervention for an arbitration hearing at NLRC DOLE today, and we are here to pray with you and offer biblical encouragement. Firstly, let us remind you that it is only the name Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit that should be called upon in prayer as only God can hear our prayers and intercedes for us. Hence, we should not invoke or ask for the blessing or intervention of the dead such as Saint Padre Pio of Pietrelcina Capuchin Priest. This is not a teaching found in Scripture. The Bible is clear that we have only one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.

First Timothy 2:5 For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus.

In all things, we should seek God's will and trust in His sovereignty. It is important to remember that our prayers should not be focused on our desires, but on aligning our will with God's.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up Hissban in prayer. We thank You for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. Today, Hissban faces an arbitration hearing, and we ask for Your will to be done. Grant them calmness, strength, knowledge, and courage through the Holy Spirit. Help them to present their case with integrity and wisdom.

Lord, we do not ask for a favorable result for Hissban's sake alone, but that Your justice and righteousness would prevail. Give them peace in knowing that You are in control and that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

During this time, meditate on God's Word and trust in His promises. Remember that God is your strength and your shield. Do not be anxious, for the Lord your God is with you.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
