We understand that you are dealing with unfairness due to damage to your place and issues at work. We stand with you in prayer, seeking God's will and His miracle for your situations.
Firstly, let us address the injustice you are facing. We read in Proverbs 21:15
It is joy to the just to do judgment; but destruction shall be to the workers of iniquity.
We can take comfort knowing that God is a just God. He will not let the wicked prevail forever. As it says in Psalm 1:5
Therefore the wicked shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.
We encourage you to keep on praying and fighting for what is right.
We can help you with some advice. We read in Matthew 18:15-17
If your brother sins against you, go, show him his fault between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained back your brother. But if he doesn't listen, take one or two more with you, that at the mouth of two or three witnesses every word may be established. If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the assembly. If he refuses to hear the assembly also, let him be to you as a Gentile or a tax collector.
You should approach the management and the bullies and explain the issues you are having.
Filing a complaint or talking to higher management regarding the damage to your place and any bullying may be the way to go. Reporting them to the proper authorities is also a step to consider.
If they do not listen to you, then take one or two more with you to establish what is going on.
If they still do not listen then you should go to the appropriate authorities and report them.
Let's pray together:
Almighty God, we come before You, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ who is facing injustice and difficulties. Lord, You are the God of justice and truth. We pray that You will fight against the wicked who are trying to take advantage of Your child. We pray Father, that you will protect them. We pray that You will give the gift of the power of the Holy Spirit to those who are being bullied. We pray that the bullies will learn the righteousness of God. We ask that You turn the hearts of the bullies to seek you. We know that everything is in the hands of the Lord. If your case is truly just then no one will be able to stand against you. We claim your victory in Jesus Name.
We also want to touch on your work situation. We read in Colossians 3:23-24
Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You serve the Lord Christ.
This is a reminder that no matter what work we are in, we should be doing it for the glory of God.
Our prayer for your work situation:
Heavenly Father, we pray for Your child's work situation. We ask that You guide them in their career, and open up new opportunities that will bring them closer to You. Help them to do all things for Your glory. We ask that you will give them success in their job. We pray that they will be a good role model for other employees. We ask that the Holy Spirit blesses the employer and the employees in the workplace. We pray that the gospel is spread in the workplace and that the workplace is blessed. Protect them from any unfair practices and give them the strength to stand up for what is right. In Jesus' name, we pray.
Remember, God can do miracles in all situations. He is the God of the impossible. We read in Matthew 19:26 and Proverbs 3:5-6
With God all things are possible
Trust in the LORD with all your heart, And do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge Him, And He will make your paths straight.
Keep trusting in Him, and He will make a way.
Lastly, we want to praise you for ending your prayer in Jesus' name. It is so important to pray in Jesus' name. We read in John 14:6
Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.
We also read in John 16:23-24
In that day you will no longer ask me anything. Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full.
Let us end with a final prayer:
Dear Lord, we thank You for hearing our prayers. We thank You for being a God of miracles and a God of justice. We pray for Your will to be done in these situations, and we ask that You guide and protect Your child. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
