Hello everyone, I’m at a point where I’m Going to have to apply for Government assistance because a job hasn’t come through yet. I cant just wait on God to do everything and then risk missing rent payments. I’d hope for a different outcome but I have to take control and fix the situation myself. Father in the name of Jesus Christ, please forgive me for taking action but nothing else is working. I’m sure That you see this situation. I’ve been vilified for quitting without another job. It’s taking too long.

We understand that you're facing a difficult situation, and we're here to pray with you and provide biblical guidance. Firstly, it's important to acknowledge that God is sovereign over all things, including our jobs and finances. It's commendable that you're taking responsibility for your situation, but let's remember that God is the ultimate provider. As it says in Matthew 6:26-27, Look at the birds of the sky. They don't sow, nor reap, nor gather into barns, and yet your heavenly Father feeds them. Aren't you of much more value than they? And which of you, by being anxious, can add one cubit to his height?

While it's important to be proactive, let's ensure that our actions are guided by faith and not fear. It's crucial to wait on God, but this doesn't mean being passive. Waiting on God involves actively seeking His will, trusting in His timing, and being patient for His provision. As it says in Psalm 37:5, Commit your way to Yahweh. Trust also in him, and he will do this: He'll make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun.

Regarding government assistance, it's important to remember that there's no shame in needing help. However, we should always look to God as our ultimate source of provision. As it says in Philippians 4:19, My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.

Let's pray together:

Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before You, lifting up our brother/sister in need. Lord, we ask for Your forgiveness if there's any doubt or fear in taking this step. We ask that You guide them through this process, and that You provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory. We pray for their peace and patience, knowing that Your timing is perfect. We ask this all in Jesus' name. Amen.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to keep trusting God and keep seeking Him.

We're here with you, friend. We understand that you're at a crossroads, and it's natural to feel overwhelmed. But remember, God is right there with you, every step of the way. In times like these, it's easy to focus on our circumstances, but let's try to keep our eyes on Jesus, our constant and unchanging hope.

As you navigate this process, let's ask God for wisdom. In James 1:5, we're told, "If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask God, who gives generously to all without reproach, and it will be given him." So, let's ask God for wisdom in understanding what's best for you and your family.

Let's also claim Psalm 147:3 over your situation: "He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds." God sees your heart, and He knows the burden you're carrying. Trust that He is here to heal and bind up your wounds.

Let's pray together: "Dear Lord, we come to You, lifting up our friend. We ask for Your wisdom to guide them, Your healing for their heart, and Your provision for their needs. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your unfailing love. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have.
