We understand your concerns about your living situation and are here to pray and offer biblical encouragement with you.
Firstly, let's pray for the maintenance of your apartment complex. In Philippians 4:6 WEB, it is written, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God." So, we join you in prayer, asking that God will provide adequate help for the maintenance of your complex and wisdom for the supervisor.
"Heavenly Father, we ask that You provide additional helpers for the maintenance of this apartment complex. Give the supervisor the assistance they need to keep everything in good order. We know that You care about every detail of our lives, and we trust You to provide a solution. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Secondly, regarding the potential sale of the building, we find comfort in the words of Matthew 6:31-33 WEB, "Therefore don’t be anxious, saying, ‘What will we eat?’, ‘What will we drink?’ or, ‘With what will we be clothed?’ For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God’s Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
We pray that God's will be done regarding the building. Whether it is sold or not, we trust that God will take care of everything, as you have rightly stated in your prayer.

Thank you for giving us the privilege to pray on your behalf. We are glad that that you asked us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. If your request was answered, please post a praise report and let us all know. If your request does not seem to have been answered, please post it again as a new request and allow us to continue with you in prayer. We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
