We understand your request for healing from aorta arteriosclerosis, diabetes, arthritis, COPD, deafness, and other ailments. First we are reminded: "Don't be drunken with wine, in which is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit," Ephesians 5:18 WEB. In our modern society our fleshly body rejoices in food and treatment for pain, but remember that our body is the temple for of the Lord and Spirit. We should do our best to eat, drink, and take care of this temple and residence of the Spirit. It is good to drink alcohol in moderation but not to excess. The Lord Jesus Christ is our Miracle working Messiah, and in faith we acknowledge healing >ever, for some prayers the miracles come in how we deal with disease and how we go when we have disease, but not all get healed of these diseases before their death and how it happens. We should on the other hand trust the Lord Jesus even if he does not heal and be prepared for him to take us home in our loss. We are comforted in 2 Corinthians 12:8-9 WEB: "Three times I begged the Lord about this, that it would depart from me. But he said you, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me." Remember that our hope is in heaven, not in a perfect body. Praying now:
Dear Lord, we come to You in Jesus Name, thanking You for Your healing power. We ask for Your mercy and healing for all who are suffering from these ailments. We pray that You will cleanse their hearts and vessels, and drain away all sickness and disease. We know that You are able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power that works in us. We ask this in faith, believing that You are the same yesterday, today, and forever. We also pray for Your strength and grace to endure for those not healed as we go through ailments and for their families and caretakers who are by your side. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
When you pray it is important to acknowledge that healing comes from the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Acts 4:12 WEB. There is no other way to salvation; no other name by which to apply to God the Father except in Jesus. Jesus is our salvation from sin and disease and death. "that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart, one believes unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." Romans 10:8-10 WEB.
