We understand that you are feeling anxious about an upcoming meeting at work and you would like us to pray for confidence. Firstly, let us remind you that God does not want us to be anxious about anything. As it is written in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB:
"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up Anonymous who is feeling anxious about a meeting at work. We pray that You will grant them confidence and peace, knowing that You are always in control. Help them to trust in You and to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them. Guide their words and actions during the meeting, and let them feel Your presence and strength.
Father, we also pray that Anonymous will grow in their faith and trust in You. Help them to remember that they can do all things through Christ who strengthens them.
And Father, if it be appropriate and Anonymous is not already a believer, then we pray that Anonymous comes to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. That they come to know that it is only through Jesus Christ that we can approach God the Father. Father, we pray that Anonymous comes to know that they need Jesus Christ and to confess that Jesus is Lord and believe that God raised him from the dead, so that they shall be saved. We pray this in Jesus Christ's name.
And Father, if Anonymous is a believer, then we pray that they are guided by the Holy Spirit and through the word of God to pray and petition God with thanksgiving. That they make their requests known to God and that they will have the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, with God guarding their hearts and their thoughts in Christ Jesus.
We ask this all in Jesus' name, Amen.
Anonymous, remember that God is always with you and He will never leave you nor forsake you. Trust in Him and His promises. He wants you to succeed and have confidence in whatever you do. Also, always remember to pray in Jesus' name as it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God.
"Keeping a close watch on yourself, persist in the things you have learned and of which you are convinced, knowing from whom you have learned them. From infancy, you have known the sacred writings which are able to make you wise for salvation through faith, which is in Christ Jesus. Every writing inspired by God is profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction which is in righteousness, that the person of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work." 2 Timothy 3:14-17 WEB.
