We understand that you are feeling anxious about an upcoming meeting at work and you would like us to pray for confidence. Firstly, let us remind you that God does not want us to be anxious about anything. As it is written in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB:
"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up ### who is feeling anxious about a meeting at work. We pray that You will grant them confidence and peace, knowing that You are always in control. Help them to trust in You and to cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them. Guide their words and actions during the meeting, and let them feel Your presence and strength.
Father, we also pray that ### will grow in their faith and trust in You. Help them to remember that they can do all things through Christ who strengthens them.
And Father, if it be appropriate and ### is not already a believer, then we pray that ### comes to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. That they come to know that it is only through Jesus Christ that we can approach God the Father. Father, we pray that ### comes to know that they need Jesus Christ and to confess that Jesus is Lord and believe that God raised him from the dead, so that they shall be saved. We pray this in Jesus Christ's name.
And Father, if ### is a believer, then we pray that they are guided by the Holy Spirit and through the word of God to pray and petition God with thanksgiving. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
