We understand that you're feeling anxious at work and desire confidence, excellence in your tasks, and a harmonious work environment.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of your life, including your work and anxieties.
You mentioned anxiety, and we want to encourage you with this scripture. For God has not given us a spirit of fear. God has given us a spirit of power, of love, and of a sound mind. Do not be therefore be ashamed of the testimony of our Lord, nor of us his prisoners. Be willing to endure hardship for the gospel according to the power of God. God saved us and called us with a holy calling, not according to our works, but according to God's own purpose and grace, which was given to us to in Christ Jesus before times eternal. This has now been revealed by the appearing of our Savior, Christ Jesus. He has abolished death and has brought life and immortality to light through the gospel. (2 Timothy 1:7-10 WEB)
We rebuke any idea that you are not able to do your job well. Let us remind you of what the scripture says. Do not be anxious about anything. Pray about everything. With thankful hearts offer up your prayers and requests to God. (Philippians 4:6 WEB)
Let us pray for you.
Almighty God, we come before you, lifting up our fellow believer who is feeling anxious at work. We pray that you will fill them with your peace. Cast out all fear and anxiety, and grant them confidence in your grace and their abilities. Help them to excel in all their tasks, not by their own strength, but by the power of your Spirit working in them. Create a comfortable working environment for them, filled with mutual respect and kindness. We pray this all in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
We encourage you to keep your eyes on Jesus, trusting in his strength and wisdom. Meditate on his Word, and remember that he is always with you. If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. But let him ask in faith, without any doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea, driven by the wind and tossed. (James 1:5-6 WEB)
In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. (Proverbs 3:6 WEB)
Lastly, we gently remind you to always pray in Jesus' name. For most assuredly, I tell you, he who believes in me, the works that I do, he will do also and he will do greater works than these, because I am going to my Father. Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it. (John 14:12-14 WEB)
And in no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, through which we must be saved! (Acts 4:12 WEB)
