We understand that you're feeling anxious at work and desire confidence, success in your tasks, and a harmonious work environment. Firstly, we notice that you haven't mentioned the name of Jesus Christ. It is only through His name that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." Therefore, we will pray to God in the name of Jesus Christ.
Let's address the anxiety you're experiencing. The Bible tells us, "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." Philippians 4:6-7. This means God wants us to bring our anxieties to Him, and He will grant us peace.
Regarding confidence, remember that our competence comes from God, as it is written in 2 Corinthians 3:5, "Not that we are sufficient of ourselves, to account anything as from ourselves; but our sufficiency is from God."
Concerning success in your tasks, we read in Colossians 3:23, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men." When we work as unto the Lord, He will bless our efforts.
Lastly, for a comfortable working environment, we pray that God would fill your workplace with His love, as it is written in John 13:34, "A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also love one another."

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is feeling anxious at work. We ask that You take away their anxiety and fill them with Your peace. Grant them confidence in their abilities, knowing that their competence comes from You. Bless their tasks and let them find favor with their superiors. Fill their workplace with Your love, creating a harmonious environment where everyone respects one another.
If they have not already, we pray that they would accept Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, for it is only through His name that we can approach You, God.
