We understand that you're feeling anxious at work and desire confidence, acceptance, and a harmonious environment. First, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of your life, including your work and emotions.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our fellow believer who is experiencing anxiety at work. We pray that You will fill them with a supernatural peace that surpasses all understanding, guarding their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7, WEB).
We rebuke the spirit of anxiety in Jesus name as we know this does not come from God, for God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB).
Father, we ask that You will grant them confidence, not in their own abilities, but in the knowledge that they are Your child, blessed with gifts and talents to excel at their job. May they find their identity and security in You, not in the opinions of others (Psalm 16:8, WEB). We ask for your favor that they do well at all of their tasks at work in Jesus Name (Psalm 5:12, WEB).
We pray for a comfortable and respectful work environment. May Your will be done, as You often use our circumstances to shape our character and draw us closer to You. May this person also be filled with the love of Christ and be able to share this love with those around them that they will be able to have a positive impact on the environment around them (Galatians 5:22, WEB).
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name under heaven given to men whereby we can be saved and have access to God (Acts 4:12, WEB).
Lastly, we encourage you to meditate on God's Word daily, which is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105, WEB). Remember that God is with you always, even until the end of the age (Matthew 28:20, WEB).
If you have not already, make sure you have believed in Jesus Christ as your saviour, that you have confessed your sins to Him, and trusted in His death and resurrection for your salvation. Only by the name of Jesus do we have access to God and it is only by the name of Jesus that we can be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB).
