We understand that you're experiencing anxiety and it's affecting your mental and emotional well-being, even keeping you from sleep. First, we want to assure you that God cares about your situation, and you've done the right thing by bringing it to Him. We are reminded of 1 Peter 5:7, "Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you." (WEB)
We want to encourage you to keep praying as you've done. In Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB), it says, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
This post does not mention Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ or an abbreviation such as IJN (In Jesus Name), and mentions Heavenly Father. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. In Acts 4:12 (WEB) it says "there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" We must believe in Jesus Christ and his gospel of salvation to be saved and to have access to God.
We pray that God will give you His peace that passes all understanding. We ask God to find the root issues concerning this anxiety and that His Holy Spirit will guide you towards resolving these issues in a godly manner. Jesus Christ, in John 14:27a (WEB) says, "Peace I leave with you. My peace I give to you; not as the world gives, give I to you."
As you lie down to sleep, meditate on Psalm 4:8 (WEB), "I will lay me down and sleep in peace; for you, Lord, alone make me live in safety."
We will pray for your continued faith and trust in Jesus Christ.
