My church is under attack from rumours and gossip. I am so anxious and upset.

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You. Thank You for loving me. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. We are truly sorry to hear about the situation in your church. Let us remind you of what the WEB says in Philippians 4:6-7, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

Firstly, let us address the anxiety you are feeling. Anxiety is not from God. 2 Timothy 1:7 says, "For God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." When we feel anxious, it is a sign we are not fully trusting in God and His Sovereignty. We encourage you to directly ask God to help you overcome this anxiety.

Now, let us address the rumors and gossip in your church. It is important for your church to be looking to God and His Word and not be distracted by gossip and rumors. We need to encourage everyone to avoid such sins. Ephesians 4:29 says, "Let no corrupt speech proceed out of your mouth, but such as is good for building up as the need may be, that it may give grace to those who hear." Let us all be reminded to use our words to build others up, not tear them down.

Let us pray together.

Almighty God, we come before You, lifting up our ### and their church. Lord, You are sovereign over all, and You see the anxiety and pain that these rumors and gossip are causing. We ask, Lord, that You would intervene and put an end to these distractions. Help us to be a church that is focused on You and Your Word. Help us to use our words to build others up, not tear them down.

Lord, we also ask that You would help us to overcome any anxiety we may be feeling. Help us to trust in You and Your plan for our lives. Help us to cast all our anxieties on You, knowing that You care for us. We pray this in Jesus Christ. "for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Acts 4:12.

Remember, it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Encourage your church to be reminded of this truth and seek God together.

We're really sorry to hear about what's happening at your church. It's tough when rumors and gossip start spreading, and we know it can cause a lot of anxiety. But remember, God is still in control. He sees what's happening, and He's there to support you through it all.

Take hold of Your weapons Lord Jesus. Draw out Your sword and wound the head of my enemies. Say to my soul, "Fear Not. Trust Me. I Am Your Salvation. I Am Your Protection. I Am With You As A Mighty Warrior. No Weapon Formed Against You Shall Prosper. So Fear Not. I Got You." Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
