We are truly sorry to hear about your anxiety and the struggles you are facing after the loss of your husband. We want you to know that God cares about you and your situation, and He wants to help you through this difficult time.
Firstly, we want to remind you that God is always with you, even in your darkest hours. As it says in Psalm 34:18 WEB, "Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit." Take comfort in knowing that God is close to you and wants to comfort and guide you.
Regarding anxiety, the Bible tells us not to be anxious about anything, but to bring our needs and concerns to God in prayer. As it says in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." We encourage you to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you 1 Peter 5:7 WEB.
Concerning your financial situation, it is important to remember that God is our provider and that He will supply all our needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus Philippians 4:19 WEB. We encourage you to trust in Him and to seek His will for your life. As it says in Matthew 6:25-34 WEB, do not be anxious about your life, what you will eat or what you will drink; nor about your body, what you will put on, because your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well.
In addition, we want to remind you that God has promised to be a husband to the widow and a father to the fatherless. As it says in Psalm 68:5 WEB, "A father of the fatherless, and a judge of the widows, is God in his holy habitation." Trust in Him to be your provider and your comfort in this time of need.
Finally, we want to encourage you to seek God's will for your life as you look for a job. Ask Him to guide you and to open doors for you, and trust that He will provide for you in every way. As it says in Proverbs 3:5-6, "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today to lift up our sister in need. We pray that You would comfort her in her anxiety and provide for her in her time of need. We ask that You would guide her as she seeks employment and that You would open doors for her that no man can shut. We pray that You would be her husband and her provider, and that You would help her to trust in You with all her heart. We ask all these things in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
Lastly, we noticed that you did not mention the name of Jesus in your prayer request. It is only by His name that we have access to God the Father, and there is salvation in no other name under heaven, by which it is proper for us to be saved, Acts 4:12 WEB. We encourage you to put your faith and trust in Jesus Christ. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me." John 14:6 WEB.
