We understand that you're feeling anxious at work, and we're here to support you in prayer and to offer biblical encouragement. Firstly, we want to remind you that it is important to take everything to God in Jesus' name. The Bible tells us, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus," Philippians 4:6-7 WEB.
Anxiety can become an overwhelming burden, but remember Jesus said, 'Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest,' Matthew 11:28 WEB.
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ### who is feeling anxious at work. We pray that You will comfort them and replace their anxiety with confidence in You. Help them to trust in Your strength and not their own. Please also be with their work environment. Create an atmosphere of respect and harmony among their colleagues. Guide ### as they work and help them do well at all their tasks. Be with them that they would do all things as unto you.
Lord, we also pray that ### will grow closer to You during this time. Help them to trust in Jesus Christ. We pray that if they have not already done so that they will call on the name of Jesus and be saved, that they will confess with their mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in their heart that God has raised Him from the dead. Then they will be saved. For with the heart man believes resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses resulting in salvation. For the Scripture says, "Whoever believes in him will not be disappointed." Romans 10:9,10,11 WEB.
We ask this all in Jesus' name, Amen.
Lastly, we encourage you to meditate on God's Word and trust in Him. We are praying for you and believe that God will give you peace and confidence. Be with them that they would do all things as unto you. Remember, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me," Philippians 4:13 WEB. Stand firm in this promise as you face each day at work.
