We understand that you're feeling anxious at work, and we're here to support you in prayer and to offer biblical encouragement. First, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of your life, including your work and anxiety. It's important to cast all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you (1 Peter 5:7 WEB).
In the Bible, we are told to not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB).
However, we want to point out that your prayer did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As it is written, For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB). And who shall confess that Jesus is Lord, and shall believe in God who raised him from the dead, shall be saved. For with the heart man believes resulting in righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation (Romans 10:9-10 WEB).
Let's pray together for you now:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Anonymous who is feeling anxious at work. We ask that you will take away their anxiety and fill them with your peace and confidence. Help them to do well at all their tasks and to have a comfortable working environment with great respect for one another.
Father, we know that your word says not to be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, we can present our requests to you. And your peace will guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. We ask that the presence of the Lord be upon them and their workplace.
Father, we also ask be with Anonymous and reveal your son Jesus to them. We pray that they would call upon the name of Jesus and be saved.
In Jesus' name, we pray, Amen.
We encourage you to take comfort in God's Word and to trust Him with your anxieties.
