We understand that you are seeking deliverance from generational holds, ownership issues, and extreme anxiety. Let us come together in prayer for you.
Firstly, it is essential to acknowledge that our battles are not merely against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. As it says in Ephesians 6:12 WEB "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."
We must put on the whole armor of God to stand against these spiritual forces. As stated in Ephesians 6:13 WEB "Therefore, put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and, having done all, to stand." This includes the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
To address generational holds and ownership issues, we need to recognize that each person is responsible for their own sins and that the soul who sins is the one who will die, as per Ezekiel 18:4 and 20 WEB, "Behold, all souls are mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine: the soul who sins, he shall die... The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son; the righteousness of the righteous shall be on him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be on him."
Regarding anxiety, let us remember how Jesus cares for us and exhorts us not to be anxious. In Matthew 6:25-34, Jesus tells us not to be anxious for our life, what we will eat, drink, nor about our body and what we will wear. Seek first God's Kingdom, and His righteousness, and all these things will be given to us. As it is written, "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?' or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you have need of all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient."
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up ###, asking for Your deliverance and healing. We know that the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross has broken every curse and generational hold. Therefore, in Jesus' name, we cancel every generational hold and ownership issue affecting ###'s life.
Father, we also ask for Your peace to fill ###'s heart and mind. Cast out all anxiety and replace it with Your perfect love, as stated in 1 John 4:18 WEB "There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear." Help ### to seek Your Kingdom first and trust in Your provision.
We also pray that ### will know the love and salvation of Jesus Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. As written in Acts 4:10-12 WEB, "be it known to you all, and to all the people of Israel, that in the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead, in him does this man stand here before you whole. He is 'the stone which was regarded as worthless by you, the builders, which has become the head of the corner.' There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
In Jesus' name, we pray for healing, deliverance, and peace for ###.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. We want to remind you that God loves you, has a plan for your life and that he is always working for your good. My best friend ### and me ### are experiencing extreme anxiety after watching a graphic movie. Not thinking much of it the anxiety set in minutes after watching and I have been shaking uncontrollably for the last hour including vomiting and heart palpitations. Please extend a prayer to us.
