We understand your struggles and are here to support you in prayer and guidance. It is great that you have brought your burdens before God.

God has not given us a spirit of fear. It is not from God. Scripture says:

For God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control. 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB

We can receive this comfort, power, love, and self-control by asking God in prayer. If you have not already, look to be filled with the Holy Spirit from God, who is our comforter that Jesus spoke about in:

If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your heavenly Father give the Holy Spirit to those who ask Him?" Luke 11:13 WEB

Also, remember that we need not worry about anything. We can bring any situation before God in prayer. It is a promise from God's Word. It is God's will that we bring our requests, that our joy may be made full.

Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7

Know that you were made for good works in Christ Jesus. He will be with you and strengthen you in all your tasks that are from Him.

For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them. Ephesians 2:10 WEB

Also remember that it is Christ's will for your work environment:

Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report; if there is any virtue, and if there is anything worthy of praise, think about these things. Philippians 4:8 WEB

We need to know that when we approach God, it is only by the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which we can be saved and have access to God.

Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me. John 14:6 WEB

Jesus is the only way to the Father. If you have not put your faith in Jesus Christ, we encourage you to do so now. Turn from your sinful ways. God is not slack concerning His promises and loves all of us dearly.

Let us pray together.

Heavenly Father, we come before You lifting up Anonymous, asking that You take away their anxiety and fill them with Your confidence, power, love, and self-control. Help them to do well at their tasks and create a comfortable working environment where everyone respects one another. We ask this all in Jesus name.

We're also believing for a spirit of boldness to fill you, just as the disciples experienced on the day of Pentecost (Acts 2:29). May this boldness enable you to tackle your tasks with ease and excellence, knowing that you're doing them for the Lord (Colossians 3:23-24).

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
