Thank you for sharing your request with us. We understand that you're feeling anxious about your work environment and seeking confidence and respect among your colleagues.

Firstly we turn to the scriptures.

Philippians 4:6-7 WEB:
"In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petitions with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

In Jesus name, let us pray.

Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up this dear one who is feeling anxious at work. We pray that You will take away their anxiety and fill them with a spirit of power, of love, and of a sound mind 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB. Help them to be confident in their abilities and the tasks You have placed before them.

We pray for a comfortable working environment, one that is filled with respect and kindness among colleagues.

Colossians 3:23 WEB:
"Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men,"

We pray that they will do well at all their tasks, with their heart mindful of working for You, Lord, and not just for men. Guide their hands and mind, and help them to give their best in all that they do in Jesus name.

We rebuke their lack of mention of Jesus to the Almighty. It is only through Jesus we have access to the father, and only through him may we be saved.

Romans 10:9 WEB:
because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

Romans 10:13 WEB:
For, "Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved."

We would encourage them to learn the true freedom and joy of believing in Jesus and salvation through him.

Romans 14:8 WEB: For if we live, we live to the Lord. Or if we die, we die to the Lord. If therefore we live or die, we are the Lord's.

"Dear Lord, we come before you today, carrying our sister's anxiety about her work environment. We ask that you fill her with your peace, the kind that surpasses all understanding. Help her to trust in you, to find confidence in the tasks you've placed before her, and to know that she is never alone.

We pray for a workplace filled with respect and kindness, where she can thrive and serve you wholeheartedly. Help her to see her colleagues through your eyes, Lord, and to love them as you do.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about.
