Braenay, we are here with you in spirit, lifting you up in prayer. It's encouraging that you have turned to God in this time of need, and it is only in the name of Jesus that we can come to the throne of grace.
Let us remember the words of the Bible we find in Philippians 4:6-7, Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Anxiety can be a heavy burden to bear, but we are not left to carry it alone. God cares for you, and He wants you to cast all your anxieties on Him, because He cares for you 1 Peter 5:7.
As we pray for your mental health and all the challenges you are facing, let us also remember the promise in Isaiah 41:10 'So do not be afraid I am with you. Have no fear, I will strengthen and help you
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up our dear Braenay. You know exactly what they are going through, the anxieties they face, and the burdens they carry. We ask for Your comfort and peace to surround them right now. Help them to cast all their cares on You, knowing that You care for them deeply. Strengthen their mind and spirit Lord. Guide them through this difficult time, and help them to feel like themselves again. We ask this all in the precious name of Jesus. Amen.
Braenay, continue to hold onto God's promises and trust in Him.

Prayer Focus: God, Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me, Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus’ name bless me with everything that I stand in need of and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Help and strengthen me God to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding.
