We understand that you're feeling anxious at work, and we want to help. First, let's remember Jesus and what he said before he left this earth that we don't need to be anxious as he was going to leave the Holy Spirit to be with us. Let's remember what it says in Philippians 4:6-7 WEB: "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Let's pray together:
Almighty God, we come before you in the name of Jesus, interceding for our fellow believer who is feeling anxious at work. We pray that you will comfort them right now, and that the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard their heart and mind through Christ Jesus. We rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety, and we ask you to bless them with confidence and reassurance in their abilities and their value at work.
We also pray that you will help them to excel in all their tasks, giving them the wisdom, strength, and creativity they need to perform their best. We know that by themselves they can do no true work, but with the Holy Spirit with them, they can do all things through Christ who strengthens them. Let them find favor and grace and success in their work as they also bless their workplace in return.
Father, we lift up their working environment to you as well. We pray for a spirit of unity and mutual respect among their coworkers. We ask that you will help them to be a light in their workplace, reflecting your love and kindness to those around them. We pray for a workplace that is a reflection of God's order, integrity, and creativity. We ask that you place your hedge of spiritual protection around them so that the enemy cannot steal their peace or joy in the workplace.
In the name of Jesus we pray these things and believe that we have received them and give thanks for them already. We pray that our brother will also give thanks to Jesus and put all their faith and hope in him. And if they don't have a relationship with Jesus, the only way to you God, we pray that they will make him their Lord and Savior and put their trust in him. And may all these things bring glory to the name of Jesus, amen.
Lastly, we encourage you to keep your eyes on Jesus, trusting in his love and faithfulness these promises at work are through faith and patience. Don't let your feelings overwhelm you. Keep renewing your mind with God's truth and keep seeking his face and know that he is with you. God bless!
