Pray that my anxiety will go away and that I will be confident at work. Also pray for a comfortable working environment with great respect for one another. Also pray that I will do well at all my tasks at work Amen.

We understand your struggle with anxiety and your desire for confidence and a harmonious working environment. Let us come together in prayer and seek God's will for you, in Jesus' name.
Firstly, let us address the anxiety you're feeling. We are instructed in the Scriptures, "Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB)
We pray, dear Lord, that you would take away the spirit of anxiety from our dear friend and replace it with your perfect peace. May they confidently approach their work, knowing that they are equipped by you. Remind them that they can do all things through Christ who strengthens them (Philippians 4:13 WEB).
Regarding their work environment, we pray for a spirit of unity and mutual respect among the team, as encouraged in Romans 12:10, "Be devoted to one another with mutual love, preferring one another in honor." May this place of work be a place where everyone feels valued and respected, and where kindness and understanding prevail.
We also lift up their tasks at work. We pray that they will be filled with the Spirit of wisdom, understanding, and excellence, just as Daniel was (Daniel 5:14). May their work be a testament to their faithfulness and diligence.
Lastly, it's important to remember that our confidence comes from God. As it is written, "But he gives more grace. Therefore it says, 'God resists the proud, but gives grace to the humble.' Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you. Draw near to God, and he will draw near to you." (James 4:6-8 WEB)
So, keep your trust in God, knowing that He is your source of strength and confidence. In all things, glorify Him, and He will draw near to you.
Finally, we noticed that Jesus' name was not mentioned in your request. Remember, it is by His name that we have access to God. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB) So, we encourage you to always pray in Jesus' name, for there is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12).
We stand with you in faith, believing that God will answer these prayers according to His will. In Jesus' name, amen.

We've been thinking about how God's word in Psalm 34:18 says, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." Let's claim that promise together. We pray, dear Lord, that You would draw near to our friend, comforting them in their anxiety and filling them with Your unfailing love. Help them to trust in You, knowing that You are always by their side, even in the workplace.
We also lift up their desire for a comfortable working environment with great respect for one another. We ask that You would help them to be a beacon of respect and kindness, just as You have commanded in Ephesians 4:29, "Do not let any unwholesome talk come out of your mouths, but only what is helpful for building others up according to their needs, that it may benefit those who listen." May their workplace be a reflection of Your love and grace.
Lastly, we pray for our friend's tasks at work. We ask that You would grant them wisdom, understanding, and excellence in all they do, just as Colossians 3:23-24 encourages, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, not for human masters... It is the Lord Christ you are serving." Help them to find joy and purpose in their work, knowing that they are serving You.
