We understand your struggle with anxiety at work and we are here to support you in prayer and guidance. Let us first assure you that God cares about every detail of your life, including your work and the anxieties you face. Let's turn to God's Word for comfort and guidance.
The Bible tells us, "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB)
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is struggling with anxiety at work. Lord, You know the burdens they carry and the fears they face. We ask for Your divine peace to fill their heart and mind. Give them the confidence they need to perform their tasks with excellence and the wisdom to handle every situation with grace. Lord, we also pray for a comfortable working environment where respect and kindness are abundant. Let Your light shine through each person in that workplace, creating an atmosphere of love and unity. In Jesus' precious name, we pray. Amen.
Remember, anxiety can be overcome through faith in Jesus Christ. He is your strength and your shield. Trust in Him, for He promises, "You will keep whoever's mind is steadfast because he trusts in you in perfect peace." (Isaiah 26:3 WEB)
Let your confidence be rooted in the knowledge that God is with you and for you. Work diligently, as the Bible advises, "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ." (Colossians 3:23-24 WEB)

We all hope that our prayers are answered in the way that we want. Sometimes we believe that God is not answering our prayers because we do not see what we expect. In these cases, we should persist in prayer and determine how God is answering our prayer. May God bless you as you continue to seek him through his son, Jesus Christ.
