We understand your struggle with anxiety at work, and we are here to support you in prayer and to encourage you with God's Word. Remember, God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7, WEB).
Let us pray for you:
"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister who is struggling with anxiety at work. Lord, we know that You care for us, as it is written in 1 Peter 5:7, WEB, 'Casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.' Please take away the anxiety and replace it with a spirit of confidence and peace. Help them to excel in all their tasks, giving them the wisdom and strength they need to accomplish what is set before them. We also pray for a comfortable working environment, one that is filled with respect and kindness, reflecting the love of Christ. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to meditate on Philippians 4:6-7, WEB, which says, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Lastly, we want to remind you that it is through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. If you haven't already, make sure to cultivate a personal relationship with Jesus, as He is the one who intercedes for us before the Father (Romans 8:34, WEB). Trust in Him, and He will give you the strength to overcome your anxieties.
