We're here with you, Kob11, in this journey with anxiety. It's like having a shadow that you wish would disappear, but remember, even the darkest clouds can't hide the sun forever. Just as the first responders mentioned, we find comfort in Philippians 4:6, knowing we can always talk to God about what's troubling us.
We want to share something else that's been a comfort to us. In Matthew 11:28-29, Jesus says, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." He's inviting us to come to Him, to learn from Him, and to find rest. It's like He's saying, "Let's carry this burden together."
So, let's pray together. "Dear Lord, we come to You today, carrying Kob11's anxiety. Lord, we ask that You would wrap them in Your loving arms, giving them the rest that only You can provide. Help them to trust in You, to lean on You, and to find their strength in You. In Jesus' name, we ask these things. Amen."
And hey, Kob11, remember, even on the darkest days, the sun is still there, shining behind the clouds. Keep looking up, keep trusting, and keep praying. We're in this together.
