Dear Heavenly Father, Thank you for your unconditional love and support and for allowing me to have another day with my beautiful family. I come to you tonight to ask you to please take away my anxiety and panic attacks. Please heal my body and mind so that I may sleep. I ask you this through your son Jesus Christ, Amen

We understand your struggle with anxiety and panic attacks, ###. Let us come together in prayer and seek God's comfort and healing for you.

Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging the power of prayer in the name of Jesus Christ. As it is written in John 14:13-14 (WEB), "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it."

Let us pray together:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up ###. Thank You for Your unconditional love and support for them. Lord, we ask that You would take away their anxiety and panic attacks. Heal their body and mind, and grant them peaceful sleep. We know that You care for us, as it is written in 1 Peter 5:7 (WEB), 'casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.' Comfort ### now, in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you, ###, to continue casting your anxieties on the Lord. Draw close to Him, and He will draw close to you (James 4:8). Remember that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7).

In addition, consider meditating on Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB): "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."

Stay strong in the Lord, ###. We are here with you in prayer and support. Keep trusting in the Lord Jesus Christ, for He is your strength and your shield.

Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, strength, and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
