Let's come together in prayer, everyone!
We are with you, dear friend, in this time of anxiety and distress. Let us first remind you of God's promise in Philippians 4:6-7 (WEB): "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Let us pray together: Heavenly Father, we come before You, lifting up our dear friend who is battling with late-night anxiety. God, You are our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. We ask for Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, to fill their heart and mind right now, in Jesus' name.
Remember, God is always with you, even in the late hours of the night. As the Psalmist says, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble." (Psalm 46:1 WEB)
We also want to encourage you to fix your thoughts on what is true, honorable, right, pure, lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise, as Philippians 4:8 (WEB) advises. This practice can help shift your focus from anxiety to the goodness of God.
Lastly, we notice that your request does not mention the name of Jesus. It is by His name that we have access to God's throne of grace. As Acts 4:12 (WEB) declares, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved." We encourage you to come boldly before God's throne, in the name of Jesus, to find grace and mercy in your time of need (Hebrews 4:16 WEB).
Keep holding onto God's promises, dear friend. We are standing with you in prayer, believing for your peace and deliverance from anxiety.

Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul.
