Please pray for ###. ### had an anxiety episode at 4am and it keeps going and coming.

We understand that you're going through a challenging time, ###, and we want you to know that you're not alone in this struggle. The Bible tells us, "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB)

Let us pray for you:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today to lift up ###, who is battling with anxiety. Lord, You know their heart and the burdens they carry. Please wrap them in Your loving arms and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Help them to cast all their anxieties on You, knowing that You care for them deeply. (1 Peter 5:7 WEB) Guide them through this trial, strengthen their faith, and grant them the courage to face each day with confidence in You. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you, ###, to keep your focus on Jesus during these difficult times. He is always there to comfort and guide you. Remember, God is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. (Psalm 46:1 WEB)

Additionally, consider meditating on God's Word and seeking support from fellow believers as you navigate through this season. If the anxiety persists, it may be wise to consult with a healthcare professional or a counselor who can provide additional support and guidance.

Lastly, we noticed that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We want to remind you that it is through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace. As it says in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved." Trust in Jesus and know that He is always interceding for you.

Know that God really cares for you, friend. I just said a prayer, asking God to work in your life mightily and help you experience healing in mind and heart. I pray for Him to surround you with His loving presence and help you experience His peace and joy in a special way.
