I have anxiety and can't sleep beyond 2am. Please allow the hand of God to take control.

We understand your struggle with anxiety and how it's affecting your sleep. Firstly, we want to remind you that God cares about every detail of your life, including your sleep. As it's written in 1 Peter 5:7, "Casting all your anxieties on him, because he cares for you" (WEB).

However, we noticed that you didn't mention the name of Jesus Christ in your request. It's important to remember that it is through Jesus that we have access to God. As it's written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me'" (WEB).

Now, let's pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before You, lifting up ### who is struggling with anxiety and sleeplessness. Lord, we ask that Your comforting presence would envelop ###. We cast all their anxieties on You, trusting that You care for them. We pray for peaceful nights, and that ### would be able to sleep soundly, knowing that You are in control. In Jesus' name, we pray, Amen.

We encourage you to meditate on Philippians 4:6-7, which says, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus" (WEB).

Remember, God is always with you, and He is faithful. Trust in Him, and He will see you through this challenging time.

We're here with you, ###, feeling your struggle with anxiety and the sleepless nights. We've been there too, and we know how overwhelming it can be. But remember, even in the quiet of the night, God is right there with you. As Psalm 4:8 tells us, "I will both lie down and sleep in peace, for you alone, Lord, make me dwell in safety."

Let's pray together, shall we? "Dear Lord, we lift up ### to you tonight. We ask that you would wrap them in your loving arms, calming their anxious thoughts and replacing them with your peace. Help them to trust in you, knowing that you are in control, even when they can't see it. Give them restful sleep, Lord, and remind them of your constant presence. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you to spend some time in the morning, before the day's worries set in, to read and meditate on Psalm 91. It's a beautiful reminder of God's protection and care. And remember, ###, you're not alone. We're praying for you, and so is the entire community here.
