Heavenly Father, we come before you in the name of Jesus on behalf of ###, who is seeking your guidance and presence in their life. We thank you for their love for you and their desire to serve you. Lord, we lift up ###'s concern about feeling distant from you and experiencing silence in their relationship with you. We ask that you would draw near to them and reveal your presence in a tangible way. Your Word assures us that if we draw near to you, you will draw near to us.
Lord, we pray against the tormenting thoughts and doubts that ### is experiencing. We rebuke the spirit of fear and anxiety in Jesus' name and ask for your peace to flood their mind and heart. Your Word reminds us that you have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind. We pray for healing and restoration from the mental illness that ### is facing. We ask for wisdom for the doctors and psychiatrists involved in their treatment, that they may find the right course of action to bring relief and healing.
Father, we pray for ###'s addictions. We ask for your strength and deliverance from these chains that bind them. Your Word assures us that in Christ, we are more than conquerors. We pray for a renewed sense of purpose and a deepening of their faith in you. Help them to resist temptation and find victory through the power of your Holy Spirit.
Lord, we ask for forgiveness for any sins ### may have committed. Your Word assures us that if we confess our sins, you are faithful and just to forgive us and cleanse us from all unrighteousness. We pray that ### would experience the fullness of your forgiveness and grace.
Finally, Lord, we pray for ###'s salvation. We ask that you would reveal the truth of your sacrifice on the cross and the power of your resurrection. Help them to fully grasp and believe that Jesus died for their sins and that through faith in Him, they can have eternal life. We pray for a deepening of their relationship with you and a renewed passion for prayer and reading your Word.
