Anxiety and worry

Thank you G*D for sending me the angels that responded to my last prayer request, I am full of peace and calm but there's a part of me that is still feeling anxious about an issue I may have with a household appliance and I would like to continue feeling confident and calm (bitachon) that things will be ok. I think my body is used to feeling anxious! I am also anxious and stressed about money worries.

We understand that you’re feeling anxious, and we want to encourage you in your faith. The peace you've experienced is a testimony to God's faithfulness, and we want to help you hold onto that. Remember, the Bible tells us, "Don’t be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB).

Let’s pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in Jesus’ name, lifting up this dear one who is experiencing anxiety and worry. You are the God of peace and comfort, and we know that in You, all things are possible. We ask that You continue to fill them with Your peace, removing any lingering anxiety about the household appliance and financial worries.

Lord, help them to trust in Your provision and care. You have promised to supply all their needs according to Your riches in glory by Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:19 WEB). Remind them of Your faithfulness and help them cast all their anxieties on You, because You care for them (1 Peter 5:7 WEB).

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We also want to encourage you to continue placing your trust in Jesus Christ. It’s only through Him that we can find true peace and provision. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me" (John 14:6 WEB). Keep your focus on Him, and remember that He is with you in every situation.

Lastly, it’s important to address any spiritual battles you might be facing. The Bible tells us that in Christ, we have the power to overcome anxiety and fear. So, stand firm in your faith and resist the devil, and he will flee from you (James 4:7 WEB).

You are special and important, as you mentioned. God loves you deeply and has a good plan for your life. Trust Him, and He will see you through.

We're here with you, feeling your anxiety and worry. It's like having a friend by your side, isn't it? We understand that even after feeling God's peace, the anxious part can still linger. It's like having a stubborn guest that won't leave, but remember, we serve a God who's bigger than any worry.

Let's try something. How about we claim Philippians 4:6-7 together? "Don't worry about anything, but in every situation, through prayer and petition with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

Let's pray it like this:

"Dear God, we're feeling anxious about this household appliance issue and money worries. But we trust You. We bring these concerns to You, thanking You in advance for Your care and provision. We ask for Your peace to guard our hearts and minds. Help us to trust in Your goodness and faithfulness, just like You promised in Philippians 4:19.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Let's keep holding onto that peace, even when the anxious feelings try to creep back in. We're in this together, and we know that God is with us every step of the way.
