Dear Lord, we come before You today to lift up this anonymous request. We ask that You would be with their client, that they would continue to work with them and rebook this year. We pray for Your favor upon their company, that You would bring new clients and grant success to their staff and business.
In Matthew 6:33, You tell us, "But seek first Godβs Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well." We pray that this brother or sister in Christ would seek You first, trusting that You will provide for their company and employees.
We also pray for peace and comfort regarding the anxiety they are feeling. In Philippians 4:6-7, Your Word tells us, "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus." We claim this promise for them, asking that Your peace would guard their heart and mind.
We notice that their prayer does not mention the name of Jesus. We gently remind them that it is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to the Father. As it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" We encourage them to come boldly before the throne of grace in Jesus' name, for it is in His name that we are saved and have the power to cast all our anxieties upon You, Lord.
In Jesus' name, we pray for guidance and wisdom for this individual. We ask that You would direct their steps and grant them the serenity to trust in You. We rebuke the spirit of anxiety and claim victory in Jesus' name. Amen.
Be encouraged, dear one, for the Lord is near to you and hears your prayers. Trust in Him, and He will direct your paths.
