We understand that you're feeling anxious and struggling to sleep, and we're here to support you in prayer and guidance. Firstly, we commend you for acknowledging God's unconditional love, support, and blessings, and for coming to Him in prayer. It's wonderful that you ended your prayer in Jesus' name, as it is only through Him that we have access to God. "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB).
Anxiety can be a heavy burden, but remember, God cares about your struggles. "Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved" (Psalm 55:22 WEB). Also, "Don't be anxious for anything; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:6-7 WEB).
Regarding sleep, remember that God grants sleep to those He loves. "In vain you rise up early, and stay up late, eating the bread of toil; for he gives sleep to his loved ones" (Psalm 127:2 WEB).
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up our brother/sister who is feeling anxious and struggling to sleep. Thank You, Lord, for Your unconditional love and support for them. We ask, in the name of Jesus, that You would take away their anxiety and fill their mind and soul with calmness and clarity. Grant them peaceful sleep, Father, and help them to rest in Your love. Remind them of Your promise to guard their heart and mind with Your peace. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
In addition to prayer, consider practicing good sleep hygiene, managing your time to reduce stress, and seeking godly counsel if your anxiety persists. Also, meditate on God's promises and read His Word daily. "You will keep whoever's mind is steadfast in perfect peace, because he trusts in you" (Isaiah 26:3 WEB).
